A new report by the Center for Science in the Public Interest has identified the unhealthiest restaurant meals in America.

For the center’s annual “Xtreme Eating” list, its nutrition experts reviewed menus at 200 restaurant chains in the US to find the meals heaviest in calories, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar.

Restaurants that made the list include The Cheesecake Factory, Buffalo Wild Wings, and IHOP.

Here’s the list, ranked lowest to highest by calories.

This chocolate and banana milkshake with dark chocolate and banana liqueurs packs 950 calories, 26 grams of saturated fat, and 60 grams of added sugar.

The Cheesecake Factory: Flying Gorilla drink (950 calories)

Uno Pizzeria & Grill: Chocolate cake (1,740 calories)

Uno’s chocolate cake is a huge serving, which is why it’s called the “ridiculously awesome, insanely large chocolate cake” on the menu.

It has 32 grams of saturated fat, 770 milligrams of sodium, and 168 grams of added sugar — about three times the daily recommended sugar limit.

Buffalo Wild Wings: Cheese curd bacon burger with fries (1,950 calories)

Consuming this sandwich with a side of fries is the equivalent of eating five Burger King bacon double cheeseburgers, according to the report. It has 53 grams of saturated fat and 4,700 milligrams of sodium.

Dave & Buster’s: Carnivore pizzadilla (1,970 calories)

This pie is a hybrid between a quesadilla and pizza. It is stuffed with Manchego and cheddar cheeses, pepperoni, and Italian sausage, then topped with even more pepperoni and Italian sausage, plus bacon, marinara, and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. It has 67 grams of saturated fat and 4,440 milligrams of sodium.

The Cheesecake Factory: Pasta Napoletana (2,310 calories)

This new pasta dish, made for meat lovers, has Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, and bacon on pasta flavored with butter and cream. It has 79 grams of saturated dat and 4,370 milligrams of salt.

IHOP: Cheeseburger omelette with pancakes (2,310 calories)

Chili’s: Ultimate smokehouse combo (2,440 calories)

The ultimate smokehouse combo allows customers to choose any three meats: smoked bone-in BBQ chicken breast, jalapeño-cheddar smoked sausage, hand-battered chicken “crispers” or a half rack of house-smoked baby back ribs.

The combo with the sausage, the “crispers” (with honey mustard sauce), and the Texas dry-rub ribs with sides of roasted street corn, homestyle fries, chile-garlic toast, and garlic dill pickles has 41 grams of saturated fat and 7,610 milligrams of sodium, which is more than three times the daily recommended sodium limit.

Texas Roadhouse: 16-ounce prime rib, loaded sweet potato and Caesar salad (2,820 calories)

The meat in this dish is 1,570 calories and the loaded sweet potato — which is topped with marshmallows and caramel sauce — is 770 calories. The meal has 72 grams of saturated fat, 5,330 milligrams of sodium, and 51 grams of added sugar.
